What you get

What we require
- General liability insurance
- Workers comp policy or a valid Florida exemption
- W-9 on file before the first job
- Your own tools and work vehicle

Hourly Crew Members
For painters and helpers who want to work on our crew.
What you get
- Steady work Monday–Saturday across Tampa Bay
- Paint, materials, and job equipment provided
- A small, family-run crew — the owners work the jobs, not an office tower
- Pay based on experience, reviewed as your skills grow
What we look for
- Painting experience — prep, brush & roll, spraying — or a strong work ethic if you're newer to the trade
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- On time, every time, and respect for customers' homes
- Authorized to work in the US
How hiring works
Frequently asked questions
I'm a one-man crew — can I still apply as a subcontractor?
Yes. Crew size is one of the questions on the application, and plenty of our project work fits a skilled solo painter or a two-person crew — as long as your insurance and workers comp paperwork is in order.
Do employees need their own tools?
No. Paint, materials, and job equipment are provided. You do need a driver's license and reliable transportation to get to job sites.
What areas do you work in?
We're based in Hudson, FL, with jobs across Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsborough counties and the wider Tampa Bay area.
When will I hear back?
Every application goes straight to the owners. If your experience fits the work we have coming up, we'll call you — so double-check that your phone number is right on the application.
How do subcontractors get paid?
The price is agreed in writing before the job starts, and pay follows the agreement as work is completed. No surprises, no chasing invoices for numbers that were never agreed.
